• Room rates are expressed in Philippine Peso and may be converted to US Dollar subject to the prevailing hotel exchange rates.
• Check-in time is 2PM while check-out time is at 12Noon. A slight delay in check-in may be experienced during peak periods.
• Non-guaranteed booking shall be automatically released on option date.
• For cancellation, please advise us at least three (3) days before your arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellation made within 48 hours before the arrival date shall be subject to a 50% charge of one night per room reserved. No-show and same day cancellation shall be subject to one night charge base on the number of rooms reserved.
• Maximum number of persons per two-bedroom: 4 adults and 2 children: One bedroom Suite: 2 Adults and 1 child, sharing the existing beds.
• Front Desk shall collect full payment upon check-in and an incidental deposit of Php4000 in cash or credit card per night reserved. Incidental deposit is fully refundable if unconsumed.
