HOUSE RULES
1. Check in time is 2:00 pm. check out time is at 12:00 nn. For extension of stay and/or late check out, please contact the Front office reception. 2. Maximum of 6 persons in a standard Villa; 3 persons in each Suite Villa. Extra person will be charge at Php 1000, inclusive of extra bed. 3. If guest has not check out by the due time, the hotel reserves the right to transfers their belongings to a storage area and will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. Late check out until 6:00 PM will be charged an additional 50% of the daily rate; check out after 6:00 pm. will be charged an extra full day?s rate. 4. Guest of the hotel are advised not to leave cash, jewelry or other items of value in their respective villas, but to instead deposit them in the safety boxes which are available in each villa free of charge. The hotel will not be liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal effects of the guest. 5. For safety and security, keep your door closed at all times. If you wish not to be disturbed while in the villa and likewise, do not want housekeeping services when you are out of the villa, please hang the ? Do Not Disturbed? sign provided. 6. Visitor?s are not allowed after 10:00 pm. In compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code, all occupants of the villa must be properly registered. 7. Bringing of pets is strictly not allowed. Unnecessary noise or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. 8. Hotel linens, ashtrays, kettle, glasses and other villa amenities are properties of the hotel. 9. Guest will be charged for any loss or damaged to the hotel property. Food and beverages are not to be brought into the hotel without authority or payment of charges. 10. Guest who wish to have an In- Villa party may contact the Hotel?s Banquet Office at local 2060 or 2061 for catering and other related services. For outside catering, a miscellaneous charge will be imposed. 11. Cooking or heating of food inside and outside of the villa is strictly prohibited. For any food orders, please dial extension 2 for room service. 12. Bringing and using of any electrical appliances/ equipment is not allowed. 13. When leaving your villa, please turn off the lights and air conditioning units. Please make sure faucets are tightly closed after using. Contact house keeping at extension 3 for all guest room supplies and services. 14. The hotel reserves the right to discontinue accommodation and services should guest fail to comply with the above mentioned house rules. Corresponding penalties and / or surcharges may be imposed in extreme situations. 15. In the event of emergency, please dial extension 6 for assistance. Thank you.
