GOLF TOURNAMENTS

Mimosa hosts many golf tournaments during a golfing year. Individuals, clubs, or corporations interested in staging a golf tournament should contact the Mimosa Golf Operations Office, Villa 1095, Mimosa Golf and Country Club at (045)599-7000 local 2073 and 2024 or FAX (045) 599-7000 local 2015. Mimosa has a dedicated Tournament Coordinator who handles all tournament matters. The following general rules apply to all mimosa tournaments:

1. We accept member-sponsor tournaments only during weekdays.
2. MEMBERS ONLY tournaments are allowed on weekends.
3. A Letter of Intent shall be sent to Manager, Mimosa golf and Country Club with the following details:
   • Date of Tournament.
   • Tee-Time preferences.
   • Guaranteed number of participants shall be 25 players. A non-appearance fee is charged if the guaranteed number of players is not reached.
   • Conditions and Format of the tournament.
4. A tournament reservation contract is required between Mimosa and the tournament sponsors. This can be accomplished through the Tournament Coordinator.
5. This reservation contract must be complete and signed by the sponsoring Member not later than one (1) month before the date of the event. In case the tournament day is declared a Holiday, the club has the right to cancel the tournament.
6. A deposit of twenty (20%) of the total tournament package is required. If a tournament is cancelled, the amount of ten thousand pesos (10,000) is automatically charged to the sponsoring member.
